This policy explains what information JJ’s 3D Studio (“we”) collects when you visit this website or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping address, phone (if you give it), and what you ordered, including any personalization text.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact or custom-order forms or by email.
- Basic site usage: anonymous, aggregated statistics (like page views) to see how the site is used. We don’t use advertising trackers.
- Your cart: items you add to your cart are saved in your own browser so they’re still there when you come back. This stays on your device.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order
- To reply to your questions and custom-order requests
- To send order updates
- To keep the site working and secure
We only send marketing emails if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (to deliver your order), our email provider, and Cloudflare (website hosting). We don’t sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and delete messages we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you by contacting us.
Children
This site is meant to be used by adults. If you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian place your order.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
