By using this website or placing an order with JJ’s 3D Studio, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our products are 3D printed to order. Photos show the design, but each print can vary slightly in color, finish and detail. Some product photos are previews of the design rather than the exact item you’ll receive. Sizes are approximate.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel an order if a product is listed at the wrong price or can’t be made; if we do, you’ll get a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it’s accepted when we ship it.

Personalization

You’re responsible for checking spelling and details in any personalization you enter. We print what you submit. We may decline personalized or custom requests that include offensive content or that we don’t have the rights to reproduce (such as trademarked logos or characters).

Safety

Products are intended for ages 3+ and may contain small parts. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Prints are plastic and can soften with heat; keep them away from hot cars, dishwashers and open flame.

Shipping and returns

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges; damaged or incorrect items are replaced. See our shipping policy and returns policy.

Our content

The designs, photos and text on this site belong to JJ’s 3D Studio or are used with permission. Please don’t reuse them without asking.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
