Returns & refunds

All sales are final

Every item is printed just for you after you order it, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, size, or color choice. Please check your options (and any names or text you personalize) carefully before you check out.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives broken or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement, or a refund if we can’t replace it.

Mystery boxes and eggs

Mystery items are random by design, so what’s inside is a surprise and can’t be swapped.

Color and print variation

Small differences in color, layer lines or finish are a normal part of 3D printing and aren’t considered defects.

Canceling an order

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started printing yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started, the order can’t be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
